JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Telkom Property (PT Duta Sarana Graha), a subsidiary company of PT Telekomunikasi Tbk, will be developing a digitalized property or technology property.

The action will be taken as an optimization of companies’ assets, especially Telkom’s assets.

“We will construct digitalized rooms. This has already been registered as a program in 2020,” said Planning Director of Telkom Property, Adhi Trirachmadi, during a webinar held on Tuesday (21/7/2020)

The era of adapting to new behaviors or so called new normal urges Telkom Property to be able to implement digital transformation in a fast way. One of the solutions is by fulfilling the need for a complete ecosystem which includes application, big data, and marketplace.

In that regard, exclusive products that revolves around the need of digital development such as logistic hub, distribution center, and data center have the chance to be developed further.

Adhi underlines that the operations during this situation must not disregard the adjustment of buildings management towards the health and safety of their users as it is a very important matter.

Digital concept will be painted all over the digital hub roadmap which will be capable of transforming the company’s operational process, customer experience, business model, and services over assets.

Currently Telkom Property has a range of property products consisting of Telkom Landmark Tower (TLT) or Telkom Hub, retails named Indifoodcourt, and also several buildings and warehouses built to sustain Telkom Group businesses.

Adhi feels very optimistic towards the effort to optimize assets and believes that developing new property products will increase revenues to rise up from the current COVID-19 pandemic.

There are also plans and concepts for Telkom Property to build digitalized hospitals or e-health located in Surabaya and Bandung.

Not only that, digitalized Medical school for Telkom University, a university managed by Telkom, will also be launched soon.

“We already own Telkom University and we have already designed a digital medical school. So, the medical sources will also be digitalized,” added Adhi.

Telkom Property at this moment is preparing their business plan to be presented over the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara, BUMN for short).
